Our Message to New Patients
As a courtesy to you, we provide you with many payment options, including extended payment plans. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your insurance benefit and it causes you to consider delaying necessary treatment, please speak to one of our dental representatives immediately. Your dental health is important to us and we will help you select a financial option that best suits your needs.
New patients are invited to fill out our online Get Acquainted Form.
We pride ourselves on keeping our cost affordable for our patients. One way we do that is efficient use of equipment and our professional team. Every effort is made to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient to you, our valued patient. If an unforeseen circumstance occurs and you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice of the change. The appropriate notice will allow us to provide treatment to another patient who may be in urgent need of care.

Patient Information
It is important for our patients to understand what constitutes optimium oral heath. Nature, accidents and wear and tear can cause problems for people at all stages in life.
To help our patients gain a stronger knowledge of the problems that can adversely effect optimum oral heath we have developed our Patient Information Section. In this section we are developing a growing body of information including a searchable document archive, and separate sections for predominant areas of dentistry. Insurance / Electronic Processing
If you enjoy the benefit of dental insurance, bring your information along to your next appointment and we will enter it into our computer system. We can submit your dental insurance claim electronically for your convenience. Our knowledgeable team will be happy to assist you with understanding your benefit and make the processing of your claim easy, quick and trouble-free.
